Its is very common to have a sensitivity to sunlight but cannot completely generalised as MIgraine. Even this can trigger by stress and anxiety, hormonal imbalances, eyesight changes, and very rarely associated with nerves.
You may feel irritated in crowd ,sound ,light during pain attacks. It gives a pricking kind of pain and heaviness around the head which puts you completely bed ridden.
Few may get nausea or vomiting associated with this. It can worsen with indigestion and constipation.
Its good to practise meditation and pranayams especially Nadi Shodana Pranayams frequently in a day so that it enriches the nerves with oxygen and can reduce the attack quite drastically .Also sleep for 8hrs at night and awake at night can increase the condition.
Drink plenty of water say at least 4 litres a day.Avoid eating too spicy ,oily ,fried items
Eat lot of fruits daily and veggies in your diet.

500mg with honey once before food
Divya chyawanprash
1tsp at bedtime
