This condition cannot be necessarily migraine. Yes, migraine has several trigger factors including sunlight. The excessive exposure to the glare of sunlight can easily cause headache and cannot be considered as migraine. This phenomenon is seen common is sensitive people.

Currently it is seen that you suffer from headache once in a month. Kindly try to reduce this frequency by maintaining routine habits as to overcome glare from sunlight to eye.Use of sunglasses are highly preferred.
Pathyaksha dhathryadhi kashaya - This ayurvedic medicine available in decoction form shall be taken at a dosage of 30 ml with equal quantity of water. It shall preferably be taken an hour before meals.
Apply a few drops of gandha thaila on temple region while having headache and have a gentle massage for upto 5 minutes. This oil acts as an analgesic and easily reduces pain.
Follow these for upto 2 months. Have plenty of water as to avoid dehydration and consume fruits which are rich in water content.
